I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various attractions. The location provided convenient access to grand central terminal. A nearby cafe offered affordable breakfast options. I visited it daily. The room was generally clean.
The air conditioning unit made A constant, loud noise throughout the night. This disturbance impacted my sleep quality. I suggest addressing this issue .

The staff were friendly and helpful. the historic design of the hotel was beautiful. i found the marketplace convenient. It even had kosher yogurt available for breakfast.
The queen room i stayed in felt small and dark. it faced another building, so natural light was limited. housekeeping did not meet expectations. On one morning, the beds were left unmade.
