decent stay but with some hiccups
poor soundproofinginsufficient blinds
The automatic blinds in the room didn't fully block out the light. I woke up early because of it. there were also significant soundproofing issues. i could hear my neighbors talking and doors slamming in the hallway. it was hard to sleep well, and that was disappointing.

the superior queen room was spacious enough for our luggage, i found it easy to unpack. housekeeping replaced used amenities quickly, a great touch. the bed was amazingly comfortable and i slept so well.
the hotel bar downstairs was a bit hopping at night and i could hear it from my room.

The room upgrade upon arrival was acceptable.
I did not appreciate the heater. It could not warm the room. Nobody assisted with luggage during check-in or check-out. This was a terrible experience.

i found a spacious room. it had enough room for all our stuff, we could unpack easily. everything in the room worked well and if we used up something, housekeeping replaced it. bed was comfortable too. i had a good stay overall.
i experienced some noise. the neighbors talked and laughed. i heard everything in my room, and it bothered me. i could also hear house keepers opening and closing doors.

i had a drink and a light meal in the bar. the bar was chic. i really liked the happy hour drinks, and the food tasted good. they also had live music, it made the whole ambiance pleasant.

elevators operated quickly, there was no waiting. the automatic shades and rainfall shower were quite modern. i found the push-button 'do not disturb' function cool and functional. everything had a premium touch.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient! The king suite upgrade was greatly appreciated during my three-night stay. The hotel's bar offered live music and happy hour drinkswith a fantastic atmosphere, so cool!
The hotel didn't offer room service. I think that's inconvenient and needs to be improved. It would add value to the guest experience, so they can have food in their rooms!

i loved that my superior queen room included a kitchenette. there was also a large bedroom and a super clean bathroom. the housekeeping was excellent i found.
i waited a bit for check in. the room was steps away from the elevator it was noisy one night.

the room featured neutral, light tones and nice decor. it included a very spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. amenities were generous and well kept.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Basic amenities were available. The location is advantageous because the subway is nearby. There are also many cafes close by.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear housekeepers opening and closing doors. I also heard my neighbors talking and laughing.
