amazing stay!
positive energyattentive staffdaily kickstartearly closure
i adored the positive energy throughout the hotel! the staff were attentive and professional (two weeks!). even simple gestures like holding doors or asking about cabs made a noticeable difference in my day. i felt a true sense of belonging, and it really kicked off each day in the best way, and they all really seemed to enjoy their jobs!
i was really disappointed that the bar closed so early each evening. i wasn't able to take advantage of the drink credit offered.

The location is amazing. The staff members were helpful. My room included a king bed. The hotel provides a pleasant experience.
The room service was not satisfactory. I had trouble contacting anyone. The food quality was LOW. The tiramisu cake remained frozen.

My room included a seating area with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the fast, reliable Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated.
