The hotel is very close to grand central station. It was only a short walk (under 10 minutes). the staff was friendly and provided extra towels upon request. the room included complimentary water, coffee, and tea, a nice touch. i found the wifi to be quite reliable throughout my stay.
some outlets in the room did not work, a minor inconvenience.

i noticed that the hotel does not have its own cafeteria (nor a microwave in the room). guests may find it difficult to warm up their own meals. a microwave in the room or a small guest cafeteria would be beneficial.

the room had a wonderful spacious design. i noticed the cleanliness was perfect and everything felt fresh. the staff displayed genuine warmth and attentiveness, a pleasant change. i especially liked the smooth check-in process, it eased my arrival beautifully.
i found the absence of a coffee machine in the room a slight inconvenience.
