i LOVED how close this hotel was to the airport terminal. the direct access made my early morning flight MUCH easier. also, my room had a real ironing board, which i found really useful for getting my clothes ready.

i have no complaints.

the location connected directly to the airport terminal was useful for my early morning flight. i was able to check my bags the night before with finnair, a great time saver. the staff i encountered were all polite and efficient which i appreciate. the room was very clean (i stayed in a standard double room).

I found the lack of readily available butter at breakfast a bit surprising. Only vegan options were present.

disappointing breakfast and understaffed check-in

The breakfast was a letdown. i never saw butter or margarine for the bread. only a vegan option existed. how can a hotel at this price point not have butter? also, the granola tasted like sawdust and the pineapple was so unripe its shell was still bright green. Plus, i received an unwelcoming and somewhat judgmental look from a staff member at reception. the check-in process was another issue. there was only one receptionist at 7 pm. the long line of people needed to check themselves in via computers. A process that took even longer.
