the shower had very good pressure. i found clean linens and towels. the room looked clean. this hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions.

the noise on the main road was noticeable. taps made loud noise. the hotel seems very dated.

mini fridge effective air conditioning good cleaning

the room had a mini fridge and a kettle. it also had effective air conditioning (a real plus!). cleaning was really good throughout my stay and i appreciated that.

the water bottle in the mini bar cost $4, which seemed a bit much for just one small bottle. it would be better if water was complimentary or more reasonably priced.

i found the free tram very convenient. it runs frequently to the city center. it stops almost right outside the front of the building. the location is great for anyone needing to be near the hospital.

the bar fridge in the room was mostly full. it contained hotel supplies that i could have bought. it left limited space for my own food and drinks.

helpful staff kind staff shower door stained pillows

i stayed in the family room. the staff contacted me regarding my charms that fell off my bracket. they were so helpful and kind.

The bathroom had no door on the shower? the water covered the entire floor. the extra pillows had hair and marks on them. I found this unhygienic.
