the bathroom was elegant. it stocked everything i needed. soaps smelled great. room decor felt classy. it mixed modern and art deco styles. the BED felt VERY comfortable. i visited the pool area. i enjoyed the spa. i enjoyed the sauna. staff were all excellent. they were friendly.

i asked for more water in the room and was told to pay.

some issues during stay

unheated poolloud noise

I was looking for an extra special stay, but the pool wasnt heated. at 11:30pm street noises were really loud. I couldnt sleep. night staff said it was the garbage trucks and joked about halloween noise. the windows are supposedly double glazed, but it didn't help.

professional stafffresh juicefruit selection

the staff were very professional. nothing was too much trouble for them. breakfast was wonderful with freshly squeezed juices. the selection of breads and fresh fruit was great.
