fresh air window nice view varied breakfast tight carpark challenging navigation unpleasant experience

I was happy i could open a window for fresh air. the view was also nice. breakfast options had a varied selection. I found it good, though.

The carpark was very tight. navigating that space was challenging. I felt rushed the whole time. on leaving, i was stuck at the gate for 15 minutes. a garbage truck was emptying the wheelie bins. It was very unpleasant.

decent location, subpar experience

lift issue leaking taps

The lift situation was RIDICULOUS. multiple guests experienced issues, and communication from the staff was poor. also, the bathrooms require urgent attention. leaking taps and stiff joints were apparent. More needs to be done

top floor tram station

The location is near the train and tram stations. Adelaide Oval is also nearby. I requested a top floor room and the staff provided it.

The lift service was a bit slow at times.

ideal location friendly welcome office desk

the location proved ideal for accessing nearby parks. Staff members greeted me with friendly welcomes. I found adequate space inside the room, including a handy office desk.
