i always appreciate the consistent comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. the staff displayed such efficient service and always greeted me with warmth. i found the hotel's location allowed me to easily walk to nearby attractions and the convenient tram system was a plus.

I noticed the pillows provided were quite thin and offered minimal support. Thicker options would greatly improve sleep quality.

The room was not clean to an acceptable standard. I found someone else's hair in the bathroom, lovely. the minibar fridge sounded like a constipated walrus all night.
