it took three days to fix them. also, there was no complimentary drinking water available. i had to go down to the fourth floor to get some water.

the location was excellent. we could easily walk from our ship to the hotel and it was only a few blocks. nearby, there was a park and a variety of food options. the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. our room was clean, quiet, and everything worked properly.
the breakfast was quite basic and uninteresting. i ate out the other mornings because of this.
