The hotel is conveniently located near Omori station. This made transportation very easy for me. I also appreciated the Lawson convenience store just across the street. It was useful for quick snacks and drinks (especially late at night!).

the environmental controls did not work. I wanted to cool the room, but the vent only seemed to pump hot air. The window could not be opened, very disappointing. There was no way to adjust the temperature effectively.

the hotel felt safe and quiet, which I value. our room was cleaned daily. it's location meant the station was only a short walk away. i found it very convenient.

i did notice some dust on the sliding door. it wasn't a big deal, but it would improve the room.
