the hotel featured an attached garden, a fun place to explore. i found a seven-eleven convenience store downstairs, great for quick snacks. the staff allowed me to leave my luggage before and after check-in, so i could explore the surroundings more freely.

The gym was a small, windowless room with limited equipment. It included two treadmills, two ellipticals, and one yoga mat.

I found the on site restaurants very good. The sushi was superb and breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is near public transport, a great advantage for moving around. Generously sized rooms was a good surprise.

The room was worn down. It looked like it was from the 1980s without any remodel. The carpet was also very worn. The beds were not comfortable either.

Our room was spacious and clean, i felt so relaxed there. the hotel has a 7-eleven on the ground floor, it was very convenient for late-night snacks. the shuttle service to the train station made getting around so easy, i really appreciated that. the staff provided excellent service from arrival to departure. They were attentive and helpful with our luggage, this.

the hotel felt a little dated in some areas, like it could use a refresh to really shine.

the staff were so kind , and always ready to help with a smile! the location worked out perfectly, just a short walk from the train station , i found exploring the city so easy. the japanese garden is beautiful , it was a fantastic place for a stroll. the hotel felt luxurious , a real treat after long days of sightseeing.

A Convenient Location with Minor Issues

The hotel is near Shinagawa Station, just a short walk away. This made traveling to various destinations very easy. The lobby and reception area were grand with many facilities.

The hallway carpet near the rooms was stained and dirty. This was immediately noticeable. Our room's interior seemed dated with worn furnishings. The red chair looked discolored and needed replacement.
