The gardens were beautiful. I loved wandering through them. the hotel was also conveniently located near shinagawa station. this made exploring the area very easy. there's also a 7-eleven onsite, surprisingly handy for quick snacks and necessities.

the room felt quite outdated. the ac didn't work very well. we could also hear noise from other guests, it was inconsiderate and loud. the room and bathroom lacked a modern look.

i found the hotel to be much more refined than other prince hotels i have visited. every aspect received careful attention. the design of public areas was excellent, along with the rooms and gardens. i had a garden view room during cherry blossom season (a very lucky time of year!). the illuminated gardens at night provided a calm escape.

the hotel increased its fees without adding any improvement to the service. i expected more passion to retain customers.

The 7-Eleven directly in the hotel offered a very good choice of items. This convenience was definitely appreciated.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, I noticed mold growing under the sink, a very unhygienic situation. There were LACKING essential amenities such as skincare and haircare products. I only found toothbrushes set. Room service was restricted, it operated from 10 am until noon SO frustrating.

The staff spoke EXCELLENT english. I used the bus going between the Prince hotels. It was VERY convenient. I found the 7-Eleven on the ground floor helpful for grabbing snacks and drinks. The hotel has a beautiful garden. I really enjoyed walks there.

The location is up a slight hillside. This made transferring luggage a little difficult.

The hotel garden is a MAGICAL sight, especially at night, with beautiful lighting. There is a spa, and guests can enjoy the experience free of charge, A MAJOR bonus. The hotel includes a shuttle bus service that is available to all guests.

The club lounge is overlooking the garden and it provides free cocktails and snacks from 17:00, 19:00. The breakfast buffet had awesome food. There is a bar inside the hotel, so you can get drinks without leaving.
