The room had a wonderful size for japan. I felt relaxed. the bathroom was especially lovely, equipped fully, showcasing a separate wet room that housed the bath and shower. it was much larger than other bathrooms i have encountered. i appreciated the afternoon snack, a really nice touch.

The surfaces in the room could have been cleaner. I noticed some dust.

The hotel is very accessible from the Gateway Complex and train station. My room had an excellent bathroom setup. The room was also large and the bed very comfortable. I found toiletries and amenities of a high standard in my room.

The hotel is not really close enough to the main station. This was the main reason for choosing this location.

I found the room well equipped and very clean. The staff were super friendly and cleaning was always consistent. The location is convenient and close to the Yamanote line providing tranquility after exploring the city. I appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and tea in the lobby.

The nearby eating options are a bit limited I'd recommend traveling further out by train.
