the room had three large windows that offered sea views. heating was functional, so the room remained comfortable. staff members were friendly and helpful (especially regarding local information). the location was convenient, situated across from a tram stop.

the room lacked adequate soundproofing, so street noise was audible throughout the night.

the room was spacious and bright it had three large windows offering a lovely sea view. i found a kettle with tea and coffee supplies available for use. the hotel's central location was a definite plus putting me close to both shops and the pleasure beach. the heating worked well keeping the room warm and cozy

the provided shower was not great with a weak flow. only one towel was available per person for the duration of my stay.

the standard family room included one double bed plus two single beds it was perfect for our small family. i observed the beds had clean linens and comfortable pillows. the room had blackout curtains and these provided sufficient darkness at night. the television had access to several channels.

i found the staff very helpful. they assisted with all my needs . the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the cleanliness was good, and i appreciated the effort to maintain a tidy environment. the sea view from my room added a peaceful touch to my experience.
