a quiet haven close to everything

the room was super clean, and the effective air conditioning. storage space was good, allowing me to unpack completely. the shower was powerful, and the bed provided very nice comfort. i felt thoroughly relaxed and cared for during my short stay.
the rooftop swimming pool wasn't working, a bit of a shame, though it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

The hotel location is very central. It is a short walk into the city center. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, offering great value for money.
I found one inconvenience . The room I booked was smaller than I expected. The images online showed something larger. The room size did impact my overall comfort somewhat. Next time, I will book a bigger room.

The air conditioning unit in my standard double or twin room wasn't working properly. It made the room uncomfortably humid. the noise from the street was quite loud, especially at night, disturbing my sleep (earplugs would have been a good idea).

The staff was helpful ! The airline lost my luggage, and they did everything they could to. They even helped me call the airport to get updates. The rooms had great comfort, and the hotel enjoyed a great location.

The front desk staff were polite and cute. The room design had great taste. Breakfast offered a good choice, and I recommend the omelette. I used the water available on tap in the bar to fill my water bottle.
The area around the hotel looks not very nice. the city center is easily accessible.
