prompt service central location

the staff was always available and provided prompt service, a detail i value. i appreciated that the room had a minibar and a safe for our valuables.. it added a layer of security. the location was very central, and it made exploring effortless.

the noise from nearby establishments was noticeable at times, and i wished the soundproofing was more effective. it did occasionally interrupt the peacefulness of our stay.

paid parking musty smell

the location was convenient for getting around the area.

The paid parking situation was really frustrating. i had to pay extra just to park at the hotel, the room had a musty smell. also, the tv barely worked. The channels kept cutting out.

Location was fine because it was near to the metro station.

The parking person acted arrogant. He parked his car in front of my car, clearly he thinks that I will run away without paying parking fees. It was a bit offensive.

food places breakfast buffet good choices old design weak flow air conditioning

the burjuman mall is very close it is just around the corner. there were many food places nearby i SAW lots of options. the breakfast buffet offered good choices for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

the room design seemed somewhat old it needed updates. the water flow in the shower was quite weak i found it frustrating. the air conditioning wasn't very effective i think it requires maintenance.
