I found the deputy manager, Mr Mark Chan, professional. He treated me with respect and comforted my emotions when a minor hiccup occurred during the reservation. Mr Adrian Chu, the front desk manager, handled the matter swiftly and smoothly. He showed his warm hospitality and was willing to help in any way possible.

I found it difficult to locate the hotel entrance in the shopping mall. The signage for the hotel was woefully inadequate. I wasted over an hour wandering around the mall.

The airport shuttle was VERY well organized and punctual. I found the pickup easily. The room had AMAZING presentation and fittings!!! Light wood themes and high ceilings gave the room a feeling of spaciousness.

It was DIFFICULT to find the entrance from the shopping mall. The signage was inadequate. I spent over an hour wandering around, asking store workers who mostly did not know where it was.
