The airport shuttle was VERY well organized and punctual. I found the pickup easily. The room had AMAZING presentation and fittings!!! Light wood themes and high ceilings gave the room a feeling of spaciousness.

It was DIFFICULT to find the entrance from the shopping mall. The signage was inadequate. I spent over an hour wandering around, asking store workers who mostly did not know where it was.

The location is near the airport and connected to Citygate Outlets. This provided convenient shopping. The room was clean and modern. There was hourly shuttle service to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to find the hotel entrance in the shopping mall. Signage for the hotel was woefully inadequate. I wasted time wandering around the mall asking store workers for directions.
