slow shower absent hand towels
The shower was quite slow. It was hard to find a temperature that was both hot and had good water pressure. hand towels were also absent from the bathroom. i wish there was a small table. Eating meals required some creativity since there was no designated dining space.

excellent stay near the pleasure beach
friendly owners clean rooms english breakfast
the owners were friendly. they created a cute atmosphere. rooms were lovely and clean. the location is just two minutes from the pleasure beach. a delicious cooked english breakfast was provided (especially the sausages!). wifi was available throughout the hotel.
parking was available to the rear of the house, but some guests did not park within the lines.

the host, billy, helped me park the car behind the building upon arrival. he provided assistance with luggage. the staff was attentive to our needs. communication was consistent and clear.

our double room featured fresh linens and comfortable pillows. the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. the room offered ample space for luggage. a television with cable channels was available.

the hotel is situated two minutes from the seafront. the south pier is a short walk away and easily accessible. trams are within walking distance providing transport around the town. many nearby restaurants and attractions offer convenience.

some issues i noticed
excessive fee extra parking fee
the location was close to the pleasure beach, helpful.
i didn't like that the parking cost extra. paying £10 per day felt excessive, especially since parking in the area wasn't cheap anyway. it reminded me of another fee added on.

extra mushrooms central location on-site parking
The breakfast was good. I asked for extra mushrooms and received them with a smile. The location was central for my needs, near the station and local shops. Parking on site reminded me of A NICE bonus.
