The Barclay Hotel is often praised for its excellent location on Robson Street, convenient to shops, restaurants, and public transport from the airport, especially the ramen place right across the street. Many guests find the rooms surprisingly spacious, some even feeling like apartments. While some have noted ongoing renovations or noise from the air conditioning units, the hotel's proximity to downtown, the cruise terminal, and various amenities makes it a popular choice.
