convenient location and great amenities

i found the location perfect for my needs. it was convenient to access shops and cafes in double bay. the train station was nearby, along with a good bus route. the provided breakfast box was a nice touch, including items i could enjoy each morning.

the parking area presented some difficulty. it was tight, steep, and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so securing a dedicated car space was not assured.

The accommodation provides all necessities. there is also a convenient microwave. the neighborhood felt quite safe. i could easily access the area using public transportation. It was very simple.

It was close to the train station and bus routes. This was really useful. the room had excellent soundproofing on the road side. the staff were helpful. They even returned a forgotten item to us.

Solid Stay near Everything

I found the free breakfast convenient, packaged with cereal, juice, fruit, and milk. The train station was within easy walking distance (about 5 minutes). Parking at the hotel was tight, i will say, but it was definitely a bonus in this busy area. The location was convenient to shops and transport links.

The facilities are a bit worn.

service inconsistencies and minor issues

inconsistent information dismissive attitude

the front desk created some issues. one staff member offered a late checkout, then another denied it. this caused unnecessary stress on departure day. also, i requested a taxi to the airport, but was told to just flag one down myself. that felt pretty dismissive considering i had luggage and a flight to catch.
