service inconsistencies and minor issues

inconsistent informationdismissive attitude

the front desk created some issues. one staff member offered a late checkout, then another denied it. this caused unnecessary stress on departure day. also, i requested a taxi to the airport, but was told to just flag one down myself. that felt pretty dismissive considering i had luggage and a flight to catch.
