cumbersome processlimited selection

The check-in process felt unnecessarily cumbersome. i had to deal with so many papers. It seemed like a throwback to a bygone era. also, the breakfast options were disappointing for vegetarians. I mostly ate bread and yogurt. they could really improve their fresh fruit selection. i think more effort should be put into speeding up the check-in and expanding the breakfast options

the location was very convenient since it is situated in terminal 2. the room was spacious and clean and offered plenty of amenities. the buffet breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

The direct access to terminal 2 made my early departure stress-free. The room provided a super nice and neat space to relax. I found helpful staff at reception during check in. the strong shower in the bathroom was great after a long day.

The walk to the international terminal felt a little bit long.
