ideal location high quality toiletries useful fridge

the hotel's location directly within terminal 2 proved convenient. i found it easy to access domestic check-in. the provided toiletries including shampoo conditioner and bath gel were of high quality. the mini fridge was also quite useful for storing snacks and drinks.

the tv service had limited channels and no english language options. this was disappointing as i wanted to unwind before bed.

convenient, but not without its quirks

cumbersome process limited selection

The check-in process felt unnecessarily cumbersome. i had to deal with so many papers. It reminded me of a throwback to a bygone era. also, the breakfast options were disappointing for vegetarians. I mostly ate bread and yogurt. they could really improve their fresh fruit selection. i think more effort should be put into speeding up the check-in and expanding the breakfast options

the location was very convenient since it is situated in terminal 2. the room was spacious and clean and offered plenty of amenities. the buffet breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

the check-in process could have been smoother. the check-out machine malfunctioned. the stay was pricey for what it offered.

The direct access to terminal 2 made my early departure stress-free. The room provided a super super clean and cozy space to relax. I found helpful staff at reception during check in. the strong shower in the bathroom was great after a long day.

The walk to the international terminal felt a little bit long.

the location was convenient for my early morning departure. the room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated the variety of restaurants and shops available in the terminal!!!

the check-in process was slow and involved many forms. the breakfast options for vegetarians were limited. the cost of drinks, especially tonic water, seemed very high.
