the shuttle service was prompt and easy to locate. a family mart inside the building offered great convenience. i especially liked the heated toilet seat.

the hotel was close to the airport. I REALLY loved that the shuttle bus support was great. The room had basically everything I needed for my stay. It even had more!

breakfast was a bit stale. Only two towels were in my room though I had booked for 3 adults.

I encountered a few issues . The air conditioning seemed to have limited functionality. It struggled to cool the room effectively. some areas was to be showing their age. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. These small details detracted a little from the overall experience.
