the front desk staff was helpful and efficient. i received complimentary valet parking due to the secure underground parking. a pub is located next door and it offers a 25% discount with the room key. the staff accommodated my requests for a tub, a fridge, and a microwave in my room.
the deposit system required a credit card, and the funds were not released immediately after checkout.

This hotel's location is central. Most iconic locations are walkable and easily visible. Connectivity within all of the city is great with transportation and street car stops on Granville and Davie streets. The waterfront is located straight down from the hotel. It opens access to Gas Town and Water street.
This building is older! though the room was still very clean

The hotel is close to the Yaletown station on the Canada Line for airport access. Several bus stops are nearby. These go to Waterfront and Stanley Park. These destinations are also reachable on foot.

Many dining options exist within this central spot, including clubs and entertainment areas. Pacific Centre is a short walk from the hotel. You can find designer shopping there. Hop-on and hop-off bus stops are nearby.

There is no airport shuttle service available. The hotel is conveniently located near Canada Line Skytrain, which is about a 10-minute walk. Taxis are also readily available at the airport.

Standard Queen rooms do not include fridges and microwaves, but a fridge can be requested at check-in. Unfortunately, extra microwaves are not available in the rooms, though items can be heated upon request.
