The hotel's location offered easy access to many attractions. The staff was consistently helpful. I found the room service to be prompt, with flavorful and rich dishes. The positive atmosphere created a lovely experience.

The air conditioning in my room was not working efficiently. This slight inconvenience did not significantly detract from an otherwise really good stay.

i found the rooms spacious and well-kept. my bathroom was amazing. i appreciated the green hotel initiatives. the breakfast buffet had a great selection (the pastries!).

i found a slight wear and tear in some areas of my room, but nothing too significant.
