The staff helped me with a late check-in (i arrived well after 11pm). the on-site parking was very helpful. i enjoyed the italian restaurant downstairs. The food was fine. the location was easy for heathrow airport, saving me travel time.

the long-life milk cartons in my room was separated, so i skipped my morning tea.

The restaurant downstairs served a fabulous dinner. A kind staff member assisted me. The room included free tea, a nice touch. There was also a little grocery store located just down the road.

The room was a bit tired, but functional.

The Italian restaurant attached to the guesthouse was very convenient. The staff were amazing and friendly at the restaurant. The location was good for accessing Heathrow. I found it to be good value.

surprised with the Italian gem!

i found the staff very friendly. they offered helpful directions to local places. the italian restaurant on-site provided fine food. it was definitely a pleasant SURPRISE! free parking was a HUGE plus.

the television reception in my room was completely useless. it made relaxing in the evening quite difficult. i hope they get this fixed quickly.
