The Italian restaurant attached to the guesthouse was very convenient. The staff were amazing and friendly at the restaurant. The location was good for accessing Heathrow. I found it to be good value.

i found the staff very friendly. they offered helpful directions to local places. the italian restaurant on-site provided fine food. it was definitely a pleasant SURPRISE! free parking was a HUGE plus.

the television reception in my room was completely useless. it made relaxing in the evening quite difficult. i hope they get this fixed quickly.
