My partner and i enjoyed a weekend away. the location was superb, right opposite the winter gardens. john, a staff member, was very friendly (he even helped us with parking). the breakfast offered a continental and cooked option. Both were tasty.

the pillows felt too thin in the twin room. i noticed the glass ceiling light was quite dusty. the toilet seat felt loose, a detail i mentioned upon leaving.

the room was not great. i found a thick layer of dust on the glass ceiling light, it clearly had not been cleaned in a while. the toilet seat was loose and i mentioned this, but i was told all the toilets in the building were like that.
