helpful proprietor plenty of tea great location

the proprietors were very helpful. they gave us plenty of tea , coffee , sugar and milk , more than i expected. the place was comfortable , a nice surprise. the location is great , not far from local attractions.

The staff was very friendly. the hotel was clean. I appreciated that. the location was good, close to local attractions. it was a decent value for the price we paid.

the shared toilet and showers were downstairs, inconvenient. i also found that they always had people in them. the cubicles were untidy with soiled towels.

the staff gave US alot of tea and coffee, unlike other hotels.

the room was unclean and the carpet hadn't been hoovered, VERY filthy. the ceiling was cracked and uneven. tv aerial came through ceiling and just dangled.
