Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location!

The staff were genuinely friendly. They helped. The room was clean, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a perfect retreat after a busy day. I also found the proximity to local restaurants very convenient. I tried some great food! The valet parking was quick and efficient, offering convenient access.

I did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom tiles. Though it didn't impact my overall stay.

The breakfast included continental dishes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. Dinner at Delhi 6 was delicious. Sourav provided amazing customer service. Geoffrey's Sports Bar had an amazing selection of drinks and tasty appetizers.

The hotel is close to the airport. It made arrival and departure easy. A metro station is within walking distance. That offered convenient access to city attractions. Several restaurants are nearby. I found many dining options.

Taha provided excellent assistance. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms impeccably. The supervisor on the 11th floor was very attentive. Ms Kamal offered a smooth check-in process.

Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff

My friends and I stayed for a week. The staff greeted us and took our bags immediately upon entry. Check-in was quick, and we received our luggage within ten minutes!

The hotel gym and pool floor area looks a little dated. The furniture needs replacement, and the area could use an interior designer.

The breakfast buffet has many options. It offers a great way to start the day. I had a nice meal at the Salt restaurant, and the staff was attentive. The variety available suited different tastes.

The room was spacious and tidy, which I appreciated. The hotel is easy to find using Google Maps, very convenient. The big rooms had comfortable beds and provided a quiet rest.

long waits repeated items

I must say, the elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. Waiting times reminded me of an eternity, and there was this one time I swear it skipped my floor on purpose. the breakfast buffet, well, it was a bit like groundhog day with the same items repeated endlessly. Some variety would have been welcomed, that's for sure.

excellent food approachable staff great value

the hotel provided great value. the food was excellent, especially at delhi 6 restaurant where sourav saha provided amazing service! kamla and the rest of the staff are awesome and very approachable. they granted my requests, which i really appreciate!

the hotel was a bit far from some activities i planned.

my beautiful balcony king room was spacious and really clean with great hygiene. the bed was comfortable! all necessary toiletries and amenities were available in the bathroom. the room size was quite generous.
